Dear Miatta,I wanted to follow up with you regarding what transpired when Mr. Reeves, and Mr. Cassius stopped by office last week.First, both gentleman presented under false pretenses that they had a couple of buyers they needed help with. Shortly into the conversation they began to ask me about you. I could tell they were looking for “something” to use against you. My assessment was that they were blaming you for the financial losses the Community Center is experiencing and trying to insinuate some type of fraud had transpired, or that you had specifically misled them in some way regarding the facility. I advised them , that I was aware of the management agreement, but I was not aware of any monetary proceeds being received by RE/MAX.
They were asking about some type of fraud, but I could find no evidence to support anything out of the ordinary as having transpired. The leasing contract appears to be in order with the proper signatures for all parties. The listing agreement for the management of the facility located at 4757 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039, is a legally binding and enforceable contract. The community Center is currently in default of the agreement, due to non payment of commissions and marketing/advertising costs.
