The book discusses the many roles that previous Liberian Presidents have played in their public and private lives in Liberia. The author considers the operations and leadership of these presidents as experimental. He evaluates what he considers a positive or negative contribution to Liberian society. Finally, he concludes whether each experiment has been successful or not. He considers George Weah's administration as a failed experiment because George Weah has not fulfilled the people's expectations of what they looked for from their president. The author documents the rampant corruption that has engulfed Weah's administration. Weah's administration was bedeviled by enormous failure.
